**Job Description:**

As a **Support Engineer**, you will be the bridge between our Customer Success (CS) and Product/Engineering teams, enhancing the customer experience throughout their Manatal journey. You will partner with our CS team and clients in over 130 countries to resolve complex technical challenges and propose new ways to leverage Manatal for their needs.

  • Partner with our Customer Success team to provide top-notch support to our clients.
  • Assist clients with onboarding to Manatal by preparing data migration projects, analyzing data, and proposing the best way to import it into Manatal.
  • Join client calls to provide recommendations on how to best utilize Manatal features (e.g., API integrations).
  • Liaise with the internal team to improve the customer experience based on feedback.
  • Vet incoming product requests from clients to ensure continuous enhancement of Manatal.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in a product or support role with a technical foundation.
  • Strong exposure to customers and managed independently customer calls for resolving complex technical issues or product questions.
  • Empathy for customers to understand their problems and translate them into engineering and product requests.
  • The ability to learn quickly and grow product knowledge steadily.
  • Hands-on experience with debugging complex technical issues.
  • 1+ years of experience using Python scripts to automate data migrations.
  • Experience with APIs, understanding how they work, and leveraging API integrations.
  • Experience with Databases (Postgres, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server) for analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience working with Jira and Jira Service Desk for internal team communication.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Postman for debugging API-related issues.
  • Experience working with Intercom and Hubspot for client communication.
  • Experience with Mailgun & Sendgrid for troubleshooting emailing issues.
