Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator, supporting the founders and contributing to the success of Chip In.

Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling meetings and appointments for the founders.
  2. Maintaining office policies and managing administrative staff.
  3. Providing general support to visitors and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  4. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
  5. Assisting with travel arrangements and event planning for company activities.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
  2. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  5. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
