Reporting to the Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the department to achieve defined objectives and assisting in the study of production, including economic analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct DFM and process capability studies to optimize product design and requirements.
- Lead the resolution of technical issues during NPI and FA preparation stages.
- Assist in tools, fixtures, and facilities design, as well as research on manufacturing processes and systems.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving activities.
- Maintain updated Standard Operation Procedures and ensure consistent application of company policies and shop floor rules.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or 2-3 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in design software and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
