Shopee's Vendor Management team is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of third-party logistics providers. This involves overseeing vendor relationships, enforcing service level agreements (SLAs), and driving continuous improvement in the logistics network. Our goal is to optimize logistics operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Select, onboard, and manage 3PL partners to ensure they consistently meet or exceed established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring And Improvement: Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of 3PL providers, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cost Management: Work with the finance department to manage and optimize logistics budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Contract And Agreement Management: Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate and draft contracts and agreements with 3PL partners.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or freight forwarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Energetic, action-oriented approach to problem-solving with analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
