The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the drilling operations team to deliver safe and efficient drilling programs.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Leading the drilling operations team to ensure safe and efficient execution of drilling programs.
  • Liaising with onshore and offshore personnel to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Ensuring all offshore activities are performed in a safe manner.
  • Coordinating rig mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
  • Liaising with onshore engineering teams to ensure compliance with company goals.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
  • A valid IWCF Well Control Certificate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 20 years' experience in drilling engineering roles.
  • 5 years' experience as a Drilling Superintendent.
