**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Gross Realization Rate (GR1) through Data-Driven Decision Support (DDS) to support business growth plans and enhance supply reliability.
  • Achieve plan attainment to optimize plant overhead expenses and improve inventory accuracy for both raw and packaging materials.
  • Engage shop floor employees through people development and effective communication, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Improve product yield and reduce waste for both raw and packaging materials, ensuring compliance with quality and environmental policies.
  • Support the introduction of new product formulations and packaging to the production line by addressing process and people capabilities, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science with a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG industries.
  • Proficient in canning and thermal manufacturing processes, as well as GMP, ISO, HACCP, FSSC, and other quality systems.
  • Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Skilled in people management, including performance management, absenteeism, and line management, with a focus on developing and retaining a high-performing team.
