We are a Real Estate Management Software Product company based in Bangsar South, Selangor. This is a full-time permanent role with our product company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal customers to understand their needs, leverage data and insights to drive decision making, develop product vision, collaborate with software engineering leaders to develop product roadmaps and drive product launches.
  • Manage customer satisfaction tracking for our customers and continuously iterate on product vision and strategy to ensure our product delivers excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • The role involves close collaboration with executive stakeholders, cross-organizational leaders, and software engineering leaders.
  • Act as the key owner and driver of the product vision and strategy.
  • Drive product requirements definition, product planning, and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements.
  • Own stakeholder management - communicate product benefits to users and internal stakeholders and create feedback loops to enable effective iteration.
  • Ensure a clear plan for feature development and product roadmap stays on track.
  • Anticipate and mitigate blockers to customer success goals.
  • Share actionable insights, learnings, and feedback to drive continuous improvements from diverse industries.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in end-to-end product strategy and program management, preferably including AI-based products.
  • Experience leading product management teams and/or cross-organizational leadership experience.
