Background of our company
FixMaster IT is one of the leading & Microsoft Authorized Refurbishes in Malaysia who
takes parts for licensing Windows and other software on refurbished laptops and
computers. We're not only actively participate in R&D to further improve and refine our
products and services in leasing industries. We have WISE which is another leading
manufacturer of RAM and SSD (Solid State Devices), USB devices, smart flash devices,
etc.
**Job Description**:
Looking for a group of innovative, professional and aggressive people that can help in
developing tailored product solutions and proposals as well as business partnership
opportunities for various parties in the industry. Each individual is given the
empowerment to support and grow their accounts or industries while keeping business
continuously to develop. You are expected to leverage our wide range of business
networks on top of diversified technical solutions to ensure brand exposure and to
introduce more prospective clients to our reliable and feasible products and services.
**Major accountabilities**:
- Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities with new customers for
market expansion
- Drive revenue for Fixmaster IT by seeking partnerships with various parties
- Implement compelling sales strategies and consultative approaches to achieve
allocated sales targets and objectives
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing desirable and
feasible initiatives
- Develop best practices in client interaction, sales and after sales support for each
customer
- Develop persuasive and convincing sales presentations professionally using
market trends, case studies and etc.
- Ensure good relationship with customers, advise them of company products, price
movements and other developments
- Provide the highest level of sales, customer service and support to each customer
- Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers
telephone or any communication tools with regards to product-related enquiries
and product features
- Recognize customer problems and resolve them to customer's satisfaction directly
or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutions
- Prepare customized solution proposals and presentation kits to each customer in
a professional and strategic manner.
**Profile Requirements**:
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree (Business/Marketing/Computer/Telecommunication) or any
other equivalent field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field or sales is required for
this position although fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Well verse in other
languages is an added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to travel within Klang Valley & outstation (adhoc)
- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving or even exceeding sales goals
- Ability to adapt and perform well in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing
environment
