Key Responsibilities

The Account Assistant will be responsible for performing various accounting and administrative tasks to support the operations of our business.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ensuring sales reports from outlets are verified and reconciled.
  • Liaising with suppliers, staff, and other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all company matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/LCCI or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work independently with minimum supervision.
