We are seeking a talented HR professional to join our team as a Senior Executive, Human Resources. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development, engagement, and recruitment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the HR field, particularly in talent acquisition. They will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews and selection, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews and selection, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and hands-on experience in talent acquisition. They will also have a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the HR field, particularly in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews and selection.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to build talent pipelines and execute targeted sourcing campaigns.
  • Manage job advertisements across various social media platforms and job portals to attract top talent.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in HR field, especially in talent acquisition full spectrum.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A hands-on, positive, and driven approach to work.
  • Mature and capable of working autonomously in a high-performing environment.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage for engaging with diverse candidate pools.
