The Position

The Head of Marketing is a key role that drives the company's short-term and long-term objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing strategies and propositions in local markets
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create a comprehensive marketing plan, encompassing brand, content, social, CRM, and digital elements, aligned with business objectives in the local market
  • Accountable for marketing budget planning, execution, and control
  • Contributing to strategic programs, advocating for customer journey needs from brand awareness to conversions in local markets and consumers
  • Overseeing country marketing operations and driving business performance metrics achievement
  • Driving creation and execution of local insights-driven programs, including segment plans, social media management, and PR initiatives

The Suitable Candidate

The suitable candidate is an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of success in leading businesses to achieve growth in challenging environments, adapting to market changes. Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's qualification is advantageous
  • 8 years of experience in a startup, digital, or online business with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Passion for the fintech industry and adaptability to change
