Responsibilities- Identify and target new business opportunities to meet revenue objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in existing and new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products and the brokerage industry is highly preferred.
- Banking experience is a must.
- Willing to travel intensively within Malaysia.
