**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the position of Sales Director for our APAC region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth objectives in the APAC region.
  • Business Partnership Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and strengthen partnerships across the region.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the packaging machinery, automation, or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the APAC region.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
