Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and analyze financial results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely preparation of sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes in the accounting system.
  • Assist in statutory compliance activities, including local tax and accounting standards requirements.
  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including account payable, petty cash, and payment vouchers.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate/ property development.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
