Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to support and execute global marketing strategies that elevate our employer brand and attract top-tier talent. This role will provide essential regional support while partnering with communication teams to ensure seamless brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and implement global recruitment marketing strategy
  • Act as liaison between LAM's Corporate Communications and Global Talent Acquisition driving cross company collaboration
  • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging of collaterals
  • Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Support content creation for various platforms, including career pages and social channels
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Manage upkeep of materials, files, and project logs
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with employer branding and guidelines
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work collaboratively across regions and organizations
  • Proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese
