Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an Associate DevOps Engineer to join our team at DHL IT Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for Global BU Critical service SPARK and ensure that all agreed targets, SLAs, and metrics are met.
About the Role
This role requires strong knowledge in ServiceNow, particularly the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, to perform troubleshooting on issues raised by users. You will also be responsible for ensuring agreed targets, SLAs, and metrics are met, working independently, prioritizing, and organizing tasks under time and workload pressure.
