We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team at Allianz Popular SL.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key part in developing and executing product marketing strategies to promote our insurance products and services, driving customer engagement and business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, welcome videos and email campaigns.
  • Conducting market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities, and using insights to refine marketing strategies. Administering product campaigns, e.g., delivery of vouchers, gifts and events for any campaigns.
  • Providing support to branches for any product and or marketing content related creation for branch usage.
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating events, sales campaign administration, and other promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
  • Managing various communication channels to blast communication to customers.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • BASIC understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing or insurance is desirable.
  • The ability to deliver under pressure and within tight timeline.
