We are seeking a Results-Driven Sales Associate to join our team, who will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

  • As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • You will be responsible for attending to prospects, making cold calls, conducting market research, and reporting daily sales performance to your manager.
  • In addition, you will participate in planning and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and assisting in marketing activities as assigned by your superior.
  • You will also be involved in new product launches, exhibitions, and major events.

**Key Requirements:**

  • A relevant qualification in sales and marketing or a related discipline is essential for this role.
  • Preferably, you will have relevant working experience in the property sales and marketing industry.
  • You must be highly motivated, have strong presentation skills, and be able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills, creativity, and results-oriented mindset are necessary to succeed in this position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also crucial.
  • You should be willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are required, with the ability to converse in other languages being an added advantage.
