  • Follow up on student inquiries to ensure timely responses.
  • Assist students with course applications and provide necessary documentation.
  • Send payment links to students once their applications are complete.
  • Update student data in our Course Management System.
  • Contribute to marketing activities to recruit students.
  • Ensure seamless operation of our academic programs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma in mass communication or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and sales-related fields.
  • Flexibility to work during selected weekends.
  • Strong commitment to responding to inquiries and achieving sales targets.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of maturity, discipline, and responsibility in task completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly email systems (Outlook), and basic computer skills.
