Job Title: Human Resources and Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Operations Specialist to join our team at Shu You Industrial Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing, as well as overseeing office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with local authorities regarding statutory regulations, labor-related matters, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage government requests, including providing required information, submitting reports, and appearing at government offices when necessary.
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately for staff, including statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and HRDF.
  • Handle attendance reports, leave management, overtime, allowances, and other compensation-related details.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and maintain accurate documentation of employee records.
  • Update the company's policies and procedures to comply with current employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Coordinate and resolve employee-related issues, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and administration, with a strong understanding of the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF).
  • Familiarity with government processes, licensing, and permit requirements.
