Job Title: Senior Staff Specialist Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Specialist in Information Technology to join our team at Infineon Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Project Manager for IT projects, overseeing the implementation of SAP and non-SAP solutions.
  • Provide in-house consulting services for IT applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Offer operational IT support for Plant Maintenance Solutions (SAP and non-SAP) worldwide, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to actively support process and system consolidation activities, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement solution proposals and blueprints for change requests and project requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure quality control for customizing/development delivered by external service providers, upholding Infineon's high standards.
  • Design and deliver in-house customer trainings, empowering employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in SAP QM / SAP PM/EAM or other SAP technical areas.
  • Proven track record of actively supporting process and system consolidation activities.
  • Experience in providing operational IT support for Plant Maintenance Solutions (SAP and non-SAP) worldwide.
  • Experience as a Project Manager in leading IT projects, with a strong focus on delivery and results.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably as a project leader in IT projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Advanced intercultural skills to drive success in a global setting.
