As we expand our digital presence and amplify our message, we are seeking a talented Senior Digital Marketer with specialized expertise in Facebook ad creation, A/B testing, content creation, SEO, WordPress management, proficiency in HubSpot workflows and automation, and a hands-on approach to tackling tasks independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute highly effective Facebook advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and ad formats to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content tailored for Facebook ads, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize website SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee WordPress website management, including content updates, plugin management, and performance optimization.
- Utilize expertise in HubSpot workflows and automations to streamline marketing processes and enhance lead nurturing and conversion.
- Take a hands-on approach to managing tasks independently, from campaign ideation to execution and analysis.
- Leverage analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage and drive innovation.
- Utilize experience in marketing on Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) to expand our reach and engagement in relevant markets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing with a focus on Facebook advertising and A/B testing.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and WordPress management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with HubSpot workflows and automations.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to independently manage tasks from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience marketing on Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) is highly desirable.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
- Work from office only
