Sales and Credit Support Executive (Property Development)

About the Role

Lofthill Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Credit Support Executive to provide administrative support for sales transactions, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders in the property development industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in arranging SPA signings with lawyers and preparing electronic SPA documents in HIMS.
  • Support the preparation of credit notes, consent letters for variations and packages, and other relevant documents.
  • Contribute to data entry, generation of official receipts, credit notes, and progress billings.
  • Collaborate in issuing undertaking letters for each sold unit.
  • Help compile and send commission claims notifications to agencies.
  • Verify invoices and assist in processing payments with the accounts team.
  • Keep agents updated on payment statuses.

Sales and Performance Tracking

  • Generate daily agent appointment and booking reports.
  • Track SPA and loan statuses through daily and weekly reports.
  • Maintain and update the booking application.
  • Process and manage booking and cancellation forms from agents.
  • Prepare and submit KPKT 7f quarterly and 7e reports.

Sales Conversion and Banker Communication

  • Monitor loan applications and follow up with bankers for sales conversions.

Additional Duties

  • Complete any assigned tasks by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in credit administration, sales administration, or accounts receivable in the property development sector.
  • Familiarity with SPA documentation, commission processing, and property sales administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with stakeholders such as lawyers, agents, and banks.
