Account Growth Manager

Givaudan is a leading creator of flavours and fragrances, partnering with food, beverage, consumer product, and fragrance companies to develop innovative products that meet consumer demands. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing Givaudan's business by managing key customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and manage customer relationships within a portfolio of accounts.
- Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations to showcase Givaudan's offerings.
- Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines for key accounts.
- Assist in transitioning customer projects from scale-up to production.
- University degree, preferably with a science background.
- 5-6 years of functional/technical sales experience in the food ingredients or pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
- Ability to develop basic ADPs for key customers and effectively use KPIs to monitor performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in common PC applications.
