About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at VAT GROUP. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Team of Supply Specialists: You will be responsible for leading a team of Supply Specialists and Order & Material Specialists for your dedicated Product Line.
  • Represent Operations Unit: You will represent the centrally managed operations unit and be responsible for the entire product life cycle.
  • Market Trend Analysis: You will work closely with product managers to identify market trends at an early stage and derive the right measures from them.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: You will coordinate the interface between operations, strategic purchasing, materials management, and order fulfillment to continuously improve and manage on-time delivery, product quality, and overall product costs of our product lines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience: You must have a minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in related fields, such as sourcing, production planning, product planning, data analytics, project management, supply chain, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: You must have a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You must have strong communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work across regions and functions and proactively lead interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Project Management and Data Analytics: You must have strong project management and data analytics skills, including risk-based analysis and proficiency in productivity tools such as Power BI and Excel macros.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player, with the ability to collaborate with internal departments and lead global projects and meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ERP Systems S&OP Knowledge: You must have sound knowledge of ERP systems S&OP, including PSS, SAP, and Dynamics.
  • Project Management and Communication: You must have strong project management and effective communication skills, as well as analytics skills on risk-based focus on essential facts.
  • Deductive Reasoning and Problem-Solving: You must have strong deductive reasoning, problem-solving skills, and high analytical capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management: You must have good stakeholder management and high collaboration with cross-functional teams.
