This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL. You will report to the Manager, Merchant Core Operations, and work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, finance, or actuarial science)
- Proficiency in data analytics and ability to use Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL
