About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual who can align project goals with stakeholders, develop timelines, and assign tasks to the operations team. The selected candidate will also be responsible for leveraging design and manufacturing processes to optimize launch costs and managing scrap costs during the new product introduction phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop project timelines, assign tasks to the operations team, and ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Cost Control: Optimize launch costs by leveraging design and manufacturing processes and manage scrap costs during the new product introduction phase.
  • Project Execution: Oversee capacity planning, materials sourcing, and manpower allocation for all builds in the plant and identify bottlenecks and issues.
  • Risk Assessment: Stay aligned with project managers to mitigate risks and conduct planned activities.
  • Product Sustaining: Lead product capacity analysis and expand it through re-investment.
  • Policies and Procedures: Provide guidance to new engineers or junior engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree: Engineering background preferred.
  • PMP Certification: Preferred.
  • Experience: 8 years related working experience in project management, 3-5 years in connector/cable/cable assembly a plus.
  • Language: Fluent oral and written/reading in English.
  • Skills: Good communication skills; integrity, accountability, and passion; work under pressure; good teamwork sense; customer focus.
