As a Material Planner, you will be part of this exciting sector, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Your contributions will play a critical role in delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end inventory planning, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and purchasing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as production teams and suppliers, to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor production requirements and coordinate with production teams to ensure continuous production according to customer orders.
  • Align purchase orders with customer requirements in terms of content, delivery, and sustainability.
  • Purchase materials on behalf of the business according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms.
  • Analyze excess and obsolete/aging inventory and take appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in a relevant field (inventory management, supply chain coordination, or similar). Education level - University degree in Economics or Technical field would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel especially) and knowledge of ERP system/SAP will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
