About the Role

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a minimum diploma qualification or higher, proficient in Mandarin and English (verbal, written, and reading). Your experience in CRM software related work, Ecommerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Cryptor Trader is essential. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in setting up and executing marketing campaigns based on customer lifecycles.
  2. Support the creation of campaign materials (banners, emails, popups) with clear USPs and CTAs.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
  4. Track and report basic campaign metrics (open rates, click rates, deposit rates).
  5. Assist in setting up and managing automated workflows using CRM tools.
