- As a Quality Assurance Inspector at Golden Fresh Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality food products.
Daily Pre-Operation Inspection:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to conduct daily pre-operation inspections that adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will be responsible for checking weighing scales used for daily production and verifying online printing information on packaging according to packing specifications.
- They will also examine raw materials, online processing, and finished products in accordance with quality manuals/procedures and specifications.
- A key aspect of this role is to check expiry dates and sensory attributes of ingredients used in production.
- In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for recording all processing parameters in accordance with product specifications and ensuring Critical Control Points (CCP) are always within critical limits.
- This position also involves conducting sensory tests on products from daily production and collecting retainer samples and other test samples.
- Finally, the selected candidate will submit full inspection reports on time to their superiors.
Requirements:
- To be successful in this role, candidates must have an education level of SPM and above.
- They should also be able to work in shifts and have at least 1 year of experience as a QA Inspector or QC.
- Good numerical skills and basic computer proficiency are essential, as well as the ability to read and write in English.
