About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Zoomlion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building rapport with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing a consultative approach to selling and leveraging expertise to identify and qualify leads.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Buildeffective relationships with customers to establish long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience in the agriculture/plantation industry, with a proven track record of over-achieving quota.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and analyze customer data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin Chinese to cater to a diverse customer base.
