Business Development Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in the Eastern Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients with AUM RM3mil & above.
- You will prospect, identify and cross-sell the client value proposition to target segments.
- You will work closely with internal business partners to present the client value proposition to target audiences and achieve mutual business goals.
- You will partner with assigned Premier Private Banking Centre teams to enhance customer bases and meet clients' unique needs.
- You will identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet for the bank.
- You will organize acquisition activities to generate new sources of leads and businesses.
Job Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 3 years of excellent acquisition sales or business development experience in the high net worth space.
- Tertiary Education, preferably Bachelor's degree.
- Strong new relationship building skills.
- Possess a sharp business development focus and innovative approaches.
- Able to anticipate client requests/needs and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates a natural interest in local markets and regional economies.
- Highly driven and motivated individual.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished and mature to handle affluent market segments.
