We are CityRecruit, a dynamic recruitment agency seeking an experienced Expert Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients using various recruitment platforms and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment research, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think critically. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and provide valuable insights on candidate profiles and market trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth research on potential candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong database of candidate information to support future hiring needs.
  • Collaborating with our recruitment team to provide insights on candidate profiles, market analysis, and sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a research or sourcing role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
