About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all consumers in StarHub. Your primary goal will be to deliver superior customer care support for general enquiry, billing, and technical issues related to all StarHub consumer services.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver timely and professional support via calls or emails, ensuring accurate information and advice are given to enhance customer experience.
  2. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate information and advice to meet their needs.
  3. Ensure that escalated enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
  4. Contribute to the improvement of customer service by collecting and channeling feedback on customers' needs, potential issues, and service enhancements.
  5. Provide insightful data and analysis on the nature of calls during call surges or product/customer issues.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Diploma in IT/Computer Studies/Networking or relevant experience in a service industry.
  2. A pleasant, warm, and cheerful personality.
  3. A strong team player with initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
