About This Role
The Customer Care team is responsible for ensuring that all Zenyum customers attain a best-in-class experience through their journey with our invisible braces and consumer products line.
You will be the primary contact point with our customers to attain that picture-perfect Instagram-worthy smile. Join our team as we look to spread smiles across Asia and make Asia Smile More
Responsibilities- Provide personalised customer care to both existing and new customers of our products.
- Be the main point of contact for all customer queries through various channels like website support, social channels, live chat, calls, and emails.
- Solve customer escalations and enquiries, using internal systems to achieve the best-in-class customer resolution times.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to internal teams to improve our products and overall customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell and upsell Zenyum's dental products and services to the existing pool of customers.
- Minimally 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Customer service-oriented nature who enjoys daily interaction with others.
- Strong and effective communicator, with fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous for liaising with Mandarin or Indonesian-speaking customers.
- Sales experience is advantageous, but not required.
- Good understanding of customer needs and an ability to propose solutions to address these needs.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
