Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As an IT Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and executing IT ERP projects related to the migration to Baan LN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership
    • Lead and execute IT ERP projects related to the migration to Baan LN, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and business resource allocation.
  • Business Process Expertise
    • Define new business processes and engage business key users to drive operational process change in the area of OTC, PTP, and PTF.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  • System Administration
    • Perform daily housekeeping tasks and conduct automated job checks on the Baan ERP System to ensure its smooth operation and optimal performance.
    • Monitor changes in the Baan ERP system, including updates, patches, and new releases, and assess their impact.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including end users, management, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and support throughout the project.
    • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate the transition from Baan 4 to Baan LN.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 10 years of working experience, or more is preferred.
