We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Infinity 8. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring top-tier talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.

    • Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition, offering tailored solutions.

    • Ensure a seamless recruitment process, consistently meeting client expectations and needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Identify and source high-quality talent through various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, direct headhunting, networking, etc.).

    • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for roles.

    • Manage a talent pool, ensuring it is robust and readily available to meet client demands.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job description creation to interview management.

    • Negotiate salary and contract terms between candidates and clients.

    • Provide candidates with timely feedback after interviews, offering guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Account Management:

    • Develop strategies to retain clients and acquire new ones, ensuring long-term partnerships.

    • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns and initiatives that attract new clients and talent.
  • Reporting and Analytics:

Requirements:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, industry-specific requirements, and key roles.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to handle salary discussions and contract agreements effectively.
