In this role as Commercial Finance Analyst, you will work closely with the Commercial Finance Manager to ensure efficient delivery of day-to-day financials. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and highlight potential risks and opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business partnering with stakeholders to drive financial performance
  • Providing financial support and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensuring compliance and control in place for trade spend and other financial activities
  • Leading month-end closing activities and reporting for commercial finance pillar
  • Collaborating with budget owners on commercial fixed overheads
  • Preparing annual budgeting and forecasting for the region
  • Utilizing PowerBI and other reporting tools to drive business insight

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience in a Commercial FMCG environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
