We are seeking an experienced program coordinator to join our team and support key account initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience in managing multiple projects, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Support the program manager in developing and implementing project plans to address key account objectives.
- Assist in coordinating change requests from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with sales and application teams to prioritize change requests and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and product managers.
- Understand customer needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status and key deliverables.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and objectives.
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional certification such as PMP or higher equivalent.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in key account management or customer-focused roles.
- Experience or knowledge in manufacturing processes, Vacuum-valve, Semi-conductor process/application.
- Proficiency in German language is an added advantage.
