Job Description:

As a Technical Support Expert at LS Retail, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional online technical support to customers. This includes providing expert support over the phone, email, and online chat, troubleshooting issues submitted through the service desk, and guiding and training customers according to service level agreements (SLA).

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and stay updated on our products and services to deliver the best possible support. You will also be responsible for testing and verifying new programs against established standards, prioritizing error reporting, and maintaining system capability by testing computer components.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert support to LS Retail customers and partners.
  2. Troubleshoot issues submitted through the service desk.
  3. Guide and train customers according to SLA.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
