Job Description

This role involves overseeing key account-related projects, managing customer change requests, and ensuring successful project delivery. As the primary point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management
  • Develop and implement project plans to address key account objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Customer Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for handling customer change requests.
  • Coordinate change requests from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and application teams to prioritize change requests and communicate them effectively to customers.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and product managers.
  • Understand customer needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and key deliverables.
Performance Tracking
  • Monitor project performance against KPIs and objectives.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
  2. Professional certification such as PMP or higher equivalent.
  3. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in key account management or customer-focused roles.
  5. Experience or knowledge in manufacturing processes, Vacuum-valve, Semi-conductor process/application.
  6. Proficiency in German language is an added advantage.
