About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Payroll Specialist at Intel GmbH, where you will be responsible for various tasks related to payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Payroll Inputs: Prepare and send inputs to payroll vendors for compensation calculation, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages and benefits.
  • Maintain Employee Data: Create and maintain employee master data along with other payroll data to produce and distribute payroll system reports.
  • Resolve Payroll Issues: Own payroll support, resolve payroll issues, respond to payroll employee inquiries, and document new payroll processes or updates documentation as required.
  • Audit Payroll Records: Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure continued accuracy.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent business experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software applications.
