Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Agent to join our team in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to sell products to customers.
  • Receiving inbound calls from clients and responding to their inquiries.
  • Providing customers with relevant information and ensuring high-quality sales interactions.
  • Upselling customers to larger products and more extensive packages.
  • Managing a list of potential leads and following up with them through subsequent sales pitches.
  • Gathering information effectively and listening attentively to customers.
  • Building rapport with customers through effective communication.
  • Assisting Sales Relationship Managers in arranging appointments with clients when necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing.
  • Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as negotiation skills to deal with customers.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, as this role involves engaging with clients.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin would be an asset.
  • Possession of a minimum education level of SPM and above.
