In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of our organization by designing and implementing innovative L&D initiatives that drive business growth and employee development.

  • Your Key Accountabilities:
  • Analyze organizational needs and create development plans to enhance employee competencies.
  • Develop and implement L&D projects that align with business objectives.
  • Consult with stakeholders to formulate effective L&D solutions.
  • Manage the L&D calendar and coordinate activities to meet employee development requirements.
  • Design and deliver online learning content for subsidiaries using our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Review and revise course contents to ensure alignment with business goals and employee needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Learning & Development is essential, along with strong critical analysis, organizing, and planning skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin for formal communication is necessary, and a willingness to travel/outstation is preferred.
