At Adventus Pte Ltd, we are seeking a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through cold-calling.

Your primary objective will be to create and maintain positive client relationships by conducting effective sales pitches to potential customers via phone.

You will also be responsible for corresponding with customers through various electronic communications, managing and updating leads on CRM, and following up on all leads.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT
  • Results-driven and aggressive
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Mastery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset
