At Vistra, we are dedicated to supporting our clients in achieving their goals. As a Corporate Secretary, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and draft announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, arranging and attending Board & Committee meetings, including preparation of notices, meeting papers and drafting of Minutes.
  2. Maintain the statutory books i.e. Minutes Books, Registers and other statutory records.
  3. To prepare and ensure timely billing (including the capture of all OPEs incurred) and collections.
  4. To ensure best practice of corporate governance and compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate in corporate administration, laws, ICSA or related background or min 1 year experience in corporate secretarial field for Associate/Specialist (A1).
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in corporate secretarial fields with reviewing experience for Senior Associate/Senior Specialist (A2).
  • Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in corporate secretarial fields with reviewing experience, client, and people management experience for Assistant Manager/Team Lead (A3).
