Sales Commission Expertise Manager

Singtel Group is seeking a Senior Sales Commission Executive to join its dynamic team in Malaysia. As a key member of our financial services division, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales commission management.
Your primary responsibilities will include verifying, investigating, analyzing root causes, and resolving disputes/claims raised by internal/external sales parties. You'll also liaise with various teams to clarify processing gaps required for automation.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in business or data analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role leading a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
