Responsibilities
  • Maintain a strong professional relationship with existing customers.
  • Establish new accounts and expand our presence in new industries.
  • Listen to customers' needs and advise them on the best solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Business Units to understand customers' requirements and provide sales support.
  • Giving demonstrations and presentations to help customers discover and understand solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and market trends.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
  • Preparing sales proposals and negotiating the best sales terms.
