We are seeking a Senior Data Management Professional to join our newly formed Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data accuracy and governance, designing and constructing a Data Management Team with a global scope from scratch, and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our organization's key data across various systems and business areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a master data strategy, adhering to standards, validation rules, and governance processes;
  • Conducting data profiling and validation across multiple systems;
  • Designing and implementing robust data governance processes and controls to maintain data quality, integrity, and security;
  • Defining data attributes, hierarchies, and relationships based on business needs, ensuring alignment across the organization;
  • Designing and implementing training strategy and support to end-users on data management processes and quality controls;
  • Participating in change boards to review and approve changes to data structures, definitions, and policies.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business, including our Global functions teams in Netherlands & other parts of the world.
