The Strategic Sourcing Analyst II position at TE Connectivity Corporation involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supplier sourcing strategies. Key responsibilities include creating supplier sourcing strategies, developing suppliers, driving procurement KPIs, and improving material productivity.
You will be responsible for negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers, preparing RFQs, and awarding new business. Additionally, you will collect and maintain capabilities and capacities of suppliers to avoid constraints.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in sourcing area.
- Experience in mechanical, stamping, machining, especially for plastic parts.
A strong analytical skillset, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are required for this position. Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams and create competitive strategies and plans is essential.
